I’m just wondering if anybody successfully got fade effects working on the showcase slider as the transitions look a bit raw without effects…

I had the same issue and the following code fixes showcase issues with ie7 and ie8.

I used the same ticket that you posted but I just put #ie8 before certain classes and it worked for me. I’m no expert but it works so I’m happy!
