The problem was that the menu has nothing to do with PhotoBox and clicking the Foundation News link opened a popup with the image that was displayed under “Auto popup media (Home page).” I removed that image and changed auto popup to 1 as you said above. That fixed it. Thank you for your suggestion. There are only 3 settings to the plugin and I totally overlooked 2 of them. Didn’t see any documentation… did I miss it?

For some reason the link to “foundation news” (left column nav) opens up one of the photos from the Photo Album page (??) and THEN takes you to the News page. Ironically yesterday a Facebook post was added to the News page highlighting the new Photo Album but it wasn’t there when I originally posted my support request.

I love this plugin! Easy to implement and nice lightbox effects. I DO have an odd situation though where a link in my navigation menu seems to be bringing up a photo from my album. I’ve looked at the link in the custom menu and checked the image to see if they’re connected in any way. This is strange??

I gave up after a couple days and switched back to MetaSlider. It has it’s own little glitches but at least it works well once you get past them. You can also use custom CSS. I’ve used MetaSlider for a few years but preferred CycloneSlider until this happened. Shame they don’t care.

I guess you didn’t see my post and it only seems to be happening in Safari. I just checked Chrome and IE and all is well but in Safari the string of posts runs across the page. This is the container: <div class=”left” style=”width: 680px; margin-top: 0;”>[srp post_limit=’3′ post_random=’no’ category_include=1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20]</div>

I have a feeling this may have something to do with the site not being responsive. Could it be that the post area is now designed with a 100% width (meant to wrap) and because some of these sites aren’t responsive the content is breaking thru the div?

I have multiple sites set up with SRP (free version) and it’s worked fine up until today. I just upgraded SRP AND WordPress to 4.0 and on at least 2 sites I AM seeing the post excerpts but they’re displaying horizontally across the homepage. It’s been almost a week and I’m seeing other more recent posts have been resolved. I also emailed with the same request. I would think this might be a common topic/issue although I’m not seeing it elsewhere. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE??

I resolved this on my own by deactivating Gravity Forms and installing a different contact form plugin (“Fast Secure Contact…”). There were no conflicts between your cart and this particular plugin. I also found info (on my own) in your “Orders” section of the dashboard (Simple Ecomm Cart plugin) as far as purchasing the Pro version of the cart. You might consider making this a little easier to find… I actually stumbled upon it after running some test transactions. (Renamed WpShopcart or https://smartwpplugin.com). We’re not ALL trying to rip you off or take advantage. We’re all in this together. I still like the plugin and hope to work with it again in the near future.
