In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Using Relative Div for ButtonOh geez, I SWEAR I tried going back to the default and the menu panel didn’t open at all. Of course it’s working NOW… THANK YOU SO MUCH for the head slap!

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Using Relative Div for ButtonJust noticed the menu closes if you click on the “Back” link. I’m sure these problems are on my end. This is a copy of a live site that has morphed over a decade. Any help is MUCH appreciated but there could be old js remnants I haven’t discovered yet.

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Using Relative Div for ButtonThank you Peter, I changed it to a class but that alone didn’t work so I removed both header, nav containers from the equation, and left the 2 menus as standalone divs. Sounds crazy but it worked for some reason. Only problem now is that the trigger/button doesn’t switch to an “X” after it’s opened.
Mobile styles haven’t been created yet – desktop only.

In reply to: [WP Responsive Menu] Absolute Font SizesHi, Tried the ‘parent class’ but since this is outside of any of theme divs I tried using body ( ie body #wprmenu_bar .menu_title ). No luck. Are you referring to one of the plugin div’s? If so, which one? In addition, the plugin updates aren’t taking effect. I contacted the host and running out of other possible solutions. Appreciate your help!
I purchased the plugin in May of 2018 for a different website and didn’t realize I had used it before. When I referred back to my notes I found a note to myself but I’ll leave it at that. They were 2 different projects with 2 different sets of needs. I made the recent purchase out of sheer desperation to get a feature working for a client who was anxious. I didn’t know until AFTER I had paid for it that there are NO additional features available that weren’t already included in the free version. I was simply paying for support and a large bundle of additional plugins I didn’t need. Still, my biggest problem was that you advertise “Money Back Guarantee” and “NO QUESTIONS ASKED”… neither which are true. I’ve already invested way too MANY hours trying to get the plugin working, a week’s worth of support communications and discussion with your staff about denial of a refund. I don’t want to lose anymore time on this. Good luck to you.

In reply to: 5.0.1 Upgrade Custom Menu IssueThat didn’t do it. I’m going to try a different resp menu plugin.

In reply to: 5.0.1 Upgrade Custom Menu IssueYes, for resp menu I’m using Responsive Menu Pro (Peter Featherstone) V 3.1.17. The menu obviously exists in the database but the Menus page is blank… none of the original menus are listed and I’m unable to recreate them.

In reply to: 5.0.1 Upgrade Custom Menu IssueYes, menu issue persists with 4.9.8. I’m trying to get the host to roll back to 12/10. The menu appears on the front end for desktop but the mobile menu is blank. Both pulled from the same custom menu but for some reason it’s still working for desktop… crazy.

In reply to: 5.0.1 Upgrade Custom Menu IssueI should say I DO appreciate the hard work that goes into these updates and have benefited by the availability of such a robust platform. Just trying to work through this transition!

In reply to: 5.0.1 Upgrade Custom Menu IssueI understand that when it comes to ACF but equally important is the disappearance of custom menus. I’m not seeing this reported by anyone else but hoped it might be a known issue.

In reply to: [Cyclone Slider] Fatal Error After UpdateI spoke too soon. I just downloaded the Pro version and I’m seeing the error when I attempt to activate. I emailed for info… Can you please correct the download or let us know exactly what we need to do? I tried the above solution to lines 398-399 of the cyclone-slider.php file and it didn’t have any effect. THANK YOU!
