I’ve also noticed that it is continuing to create duplicates in my Square POS. I thought it was because of mis-matched variations but it’s still doing it on items that I made sure were correct.

@naroescapemotor I reverted my version to 1.0.38 which is working although it does still randomly disconnect from my business location and therefore mess up my inventory sync. But that version is where I plan to stay until my new Shopify website is ready. ??

@ryanr14 disconnecting and re-connecting to Square allowed payments to start going through again in the 1.038 version, but everytime I upgrade to 2.06, the form fields to enter a credit card number disappear.

I still haven’t been able to get the form to show up at checkout to enter credit card details in any of the version 2 iterations. I read someone else’s support post about disabling features in Autoptimize which I also use but I’m not sure which ones to disable.

Plus I also had issues with syncing products.

It kept telling me that my background refresh was not working but after extensive time on support with my server and woocommerce, they confirmed that background app refresh was working just fine. Error message went away after reverting back to 1.0.38

I’m having the same issue. I’m using Square version 1.0.38 still because 2.0.6 still doesn’t fix the issue of field to enter credit cards disappearing.

I hadn’t changed anything on the site and suddenly orders started failing on 11/11. Customer gets error of “Square was unable to complete the transaction. Please try again later or a different form of payment.” Logs show it initiating the charge and then failing with “Unknown Error”. Paypal is working fine.

@stewartlab I also use Autoptimize and haven’t been able to get the new version to work properly. Can you share what you had to disable to fix it?
