Actually, it’s a setting or 365 Configuration issue, you can configure any other email account like Gmail and test it if it works fine then it’s an office 365 account configuration issue.
Follow the below guide to configure the account again.

The mentioned issues are related to hosting. You can switch to other email services that POST SMTP offers including, Brevo, Office365, Gmail, Mailgun, etc.
