}It doesnt allow me to use my own logo. I tried just modifying the style.css but there is no section where it has background: url(“https://obviouslyfrugal.com/wp-content/themes/custom-community/images/default-header.png”) no-repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;
I am also not able to use some of the header widgets like “header center” and the space between the widgets and my navigation bar is quite large and noticable. I would still like to be able to use my own logo. I just do not like the custom community theme’s design in the header area.

Is there anything else I cant try?

Argh. Now its doing something really weird. https://runningwithdinner.com/?page_id=95 When I have multiple posts it is displaying them at the bottom of my other posts. Why is it doing this?

Also how do I change my permalinks to be custom? For example if I kept the dogs page I would want it to be runningwithdinner.com/dogs

Okay so I figured it out finally. If I change the page template to a “showcase” template instead of a default template it’ll do exactly what I want it to do.

I’ve posted on a bunch of other forums and all anyones telling me is to simply add the categories to the posts and they will post to the page… seems they werent telling the whole truth.

Is that what I’m trying to do? List posts on a static page?

lol and just a heads up I was going crazy naming posts.

No matter what I change the tag or category name to it will not show up on that page.

Is there something special I need to name the category in order or get it to display on all my posts, or are those tags?

I’m also using the wordpress twenty eleven theme. When I switch to other themes the layout seems to not display the sub pages. Another question, how do I get my sub pages displayed on other themes?
