Could you please validate your CSV file once? If the issue still occurs please share your CSV file.

We have tested the reported issue in a local instance and it is working fine. If you have any issues with specific fields, kindly share the details with us.

Although this is the support forum for the Export plugin, your question is connected to an import one. However, that’s alright. I’ll go into the cause of this problem.
It’s possible that you enabled the “Delete WordPress data” option in the settings area if your previous records are deleted after import. In actuality, this deletes every piece of data that isn’t present in your existing CSV file. Please flip that button off. If you have any questions further regarding the import issue I suggest you use the Importer plugin forumForum: Plugins
