We offer support for SugarCRM OnDemand versions up to 12. Please note that we have discontinued support for SugarCRM integration in our plugin WP Leads Builder for CRM. We’re pleased to inform you that the reported issue with the nag screen has been resolved in the latest release, version 7.10.10. You can now dismiss it and it won’t re-appear after reloading or changing pages in the dashboard. Please upgrade the plugin and try it. Thank you for your continued support!
You can arrange the post dates in chronological order inside your CSV file before importing. Also, after importing, you can change the post order in ascending order by modifying your theme’s
functions.php
file.This way, your website will display the posts in the exact order you’ve specified in the XML file.

The lag and timeouts you’re encountering are related to server performance. Please consider increasing the max_execution_time and ensuring your system meets the minimum requirements mentioned in the plugin.

Thank you for reaching out! In our importer, the values are imported row by row, maintaining the order as they appear in the XML file. However, please note that the creation of IDs might not be sequential, especially when related media files are imported along with posts. This is because the IDs are assigned during the import process and may not follow a strict sequential order.
