In reply to: [Redirection] Redirects Stopped Working@johnny5 I wish that you had suggested that when I started this thread. That would have been much quicker! But at least I found that it was Yoast. ??
@hsturm1 Yoast could not explain why some pages started redirecting all of a sudden (I did not set those redirects, because we use Redirection exclusively and had only just installed Yoast Pro), and were no help except for the Chrome extension suggestion, which is why we ended up deleting Yoast Pro.

In reply to: [Redirection] Redirects Stopped WorkingHi @hsturm1 – I only uninstalled the Yoast Pro, because we definitely need Yoast, but it took 24 hours for everything to take effect properly. I’m guessing the server, but you could refresh it if you want to hurry things along. Also, Yoast support suggested using the Redirect Checker Chrome extension, which will give you exactly what is causing the redirect, just in case it’s not coming from Yoast Pro. HIGHLY recommend. Best of luck and I hope this helps!!

In reply to: [Redirection] Redirects Stopped WorkingHi John,
I think it might be Yoast, and we’re using translations on the site. Yoast updated today, so my guess is it’s causing some issues. I’ve gotten in touch with them and I’ll update this if they give me an answer.
Thank you!
Ashley
Hi Kris,
Thank you for getting back to me! I’m good, and I hope you are good, too!!
Any time there are Forminator updates, the form stops submitting, meaning that the form just spins and spins for customers after hitting the submit button. I haven’t been able to reproduce this to give you an error code from the console, but it usually coincides with a Forminator update. No one has mentioned an error, so I don’t think the form itself is throwing an error.
Hi Patrick,
That was it! I made sure the jQuery got loaded and *poof*, it worked!!
Thank you so much for your help!

In reply to: [Polylang] wpml-config.xmlHi,
Thank you so much for your reply. I’ve already added the wpml-config.xml file, and it isn’t working. I was looking for the answer to the question you asked:
“Could you please advise me if I need an additional procedure to add option fields in polylang’s table and translate them?”
Is there an additional procedure?
Thank you,
Ashley

In reply to: [Google Authenticator] Authenticator DisappearedHello Again,
I read another post where you recommended a different plugin, and I ended up switching so I can just do email-based two-factor authentication. My users have had some confusion with setting up Google Authenticator, and when they switch phones, it’s a nightmare. Thank you for your help, and I really liked your plugin while I used it!!
Take care

In reply to: [Google Authenticator] Authenticator DisappearedHi,
Yes, many plugins have been updated. My cache plugin shouldn’t be causing this. It wasn’t updated recently and I have had it installed since before we started using Google Authenticator. They have worked together well for over a year. I have cleared the cache regularly since the issue began, but to no avail.
Are there any known issues I should be looking out for?
Sorry for the delay; I wasn’t notified of the reply.
Thank you!
