It says I cannot update because WordPress 5.2.1 requires PHP version 5.6.20 or higher.

And then tells me I’m running version 5.4.16.

Thank you! I’m not the one who originally set up our site. Is it possible for these media files to be “FTP’d” on multiple host servers? I’m trying to find a solution to our files not loading, and this is one of the suggestions that our server team gave us.

Its very weird, some browsers work better than others, some times you have to try all of the links and get a file to load, and then go back to the link you originally wanted to load and then it’ll work.

It looks like we’re just using Contact Form 7, Contact Form DB, Divi Builder, Was This Helpful Pro, WordPress Importer, and WP-Mail-SMTP.
