I did modify the upload limit, but just to 10M, i did try reverting it back to 2M then re-made a backup and re-upload and restore it on my windows machine. My windows machine has an upload limit of 20m in order to upload the backup file itself.
After this it worked!
Can anyone tell me why this happens? It is a little bit of a pain to have to keep changing the php.ini file size…
