Hello, the only way it was resolved was by changing all the server and hosting passwords, I didn’t log on and everything has been fine since. Maybe worth giving that a try, at least that way you can rule out them having a script on your pc to find the passwords.

I have tried to bulk download my site to check files, however I cannot do this via cPanel, I can only download a file at a time, which would take months to download them all.

There are some files from when I first opened the site 10 years or so ago, but I’m unsure what to delete/keep, nothing is sticking out as corrupt tbh

Yes, didn’t think of that, I don’t really know what I’m looking for? I was thinking if any php file name looked a bit wrong but then is there anything specific to look for within the php?

Thank you for the advice guys, I have done all the steps apart from deleting everything but still keeps coming back, I have a company trying to fix the issue also, but keeps coming back.

Is there a way to search all php files via the cPanel? That way I could look for any suspicious file names at least? I have asked the hosting company for SSH to search all but they won’t supply this, I have also asked them to upgrade the PHP but they won’t do this either.

I think I have removed the files now, nothing came up on any scan even with the files included?

How do I fix the Google descriptions? They all still say the viagra descriptions. I have re-submitted sitemaps to webmaster tools etc?

I have a few WordPress domains on shared hosting, yet only one of them had the issue.

I fixed the issue by changing the cr-bundle.crt, the file must have been corrupted somehow, strange as I hadn’t touched the site for a while.

My hosting company didn’t want to know, they said it’s a WordPress issue and they couldn’t help.

I have changed the field groups to suit and it is sorted now, I`m using the database to store data on a site more than signing anyone up.

Is there a way to add a different field group to another page?

so I can have two different databases? I have made another field group but cant view it?

Ahhh Thank you sorted it now, I can only manage to display 6 categorys and the photo, for some reason?

I have deleted the plugin, tried to add the code but wont let me, if i take out all php then the page will update as soon as i add php it wont let me update..

the reason its giving the error tho is because the files are in a different place now (as i`ve moved servers)

All i want to do is change this part of text (/home/fhlinux008/e/exercisesupplies.co.uk/user/htdocs/comparison/external.php)

as its not there anymore, its in a new location and needs updating. but i cant change it to fix the problem, as everytime i try to update in my wordpress panel, it sends me to the 501 page, then when i try again nothing has changed.

Yes i have cpanel access, Not sure how to check if its running or what version it is tho????

Well stuck with them now, they are con artists, I was ringing them for a week with problems setting up my sites and they just palmed me off saying they couldnt understand what i was asking them!

Then when i said right i want my money back and to cancel the hosting as i couldnt use it, they said its none refundable and said i can cancel but with no refund...joke...avoid at all costs…

the very least they could do is sort this problem out..

The hosting company ive moved to is called xilo, ive rang 3 times today asking if they could help me out with my problem, they didnt even look it up just said it cant be anything to do with the hosting and WordPress is a 3 party so ask them to sort it out!!

basically just blanked me no help what so ever, no support what so ever!!

When i was with fasthosts, they would have looked and helped me sort the problem straight away, whilst on the phone!!
