Hi @ecomsolutions,
Thanks for contacting us. In an effort to help us debug, we will need some more info.
In your WordPress dashboard, go to FT Social > Feeds then click on the feed that you are having the issue with.
Then, click the blue support beacon at the bottom right, click “Ask” (on the top right) and fill out the rest of the support ticket. This procedure will send us any/all of the feed info for us to be able to help debug your issue.

The SlickRemix TeamHi @jasmaunder,
We are aware of this issue. The plugin is getting rate limited. (meaning it can only make so many connections to Twitter). We await Twitter’s response on this issue as we have applied for much larger connections. Twitter recently changed this without warning for all third-party developers.
The issue clears out every couple of hours and resets the connections back to 0 for the plugin.
We will keep you posted here! Hopefully, Twitter will respond back to us soon.
Thank you for your patience.

The SlickRemix TeamOur developers have found another workaround to be able to display multiple Twitter feeds.
To do this, follow the steps below:
1) You must be running the free FTS 4.1.2 plugin or later.
2) You must be running PHP 7 or later.
3) You must first?create a working Twitter feed.
4) After you have created a working Twitter feed and have published that shortcode to your WP page, go to FT Social > Feeds and open your working Twitter feed.
5) Click the green “Create Twitter feed” bar to open up the Twitter feed settings.
6) Then, on the right, under “Publish” click “Duplicate Feed” (this will open up a new feed, with a new shortcode, we suggest changing the feed name so as to not confuse it with your original Twitter feed)
7) Then, in the settings, change the Twitter Name, and click update.
8) After that, copy/paste this shortcode to the WP page of your choice.
That’s it, you’re done!
You can repeat this process for any more Twitter feeds that you need to add. As long as the access token and secret token do not change, this process will work.

The SlickRemix TeamHi @ntimler,
Taking a look at your site, it appears that you are using another plugin and not the Feed Them Social plugin. Is that correct?
Yes, you do need to have “admin” privileges for any Facebook Business Page that you wish to display. However, that has been the case for quite a while now. Also yes, Facebook does change its API rules often.
Updating our FTS plugin to the most recent version will require gaining a new FB access token. If you no longer have admin privileges to the FB Business Page, then yes, you would need to run an earlier version to have this work. And to answer your question, there is no way to obtain a FB access token without having the admin credentials. Your rolled-back workaround appears to be the best option for your situation.

Hi @smccommas,
The images should be showing. Let’s see if we can resolve this.
