  • Hi there.. I came across an issue with the Login or Logout WP dashboard item under settings. When clicking on this link I get taken to a page which says there is no website hosted at this location. The link for the menu item is: https://[websitename]/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=lolmi-settings

    I note that there’s been no update to this plugin for the last 8 months. Is this plugin still being supported?

    Thanks Razvan. I have contacted my host support team who identified a wp-config issue with the site. The plugin has now been activated so we can close this issue. Thanks again.

    Hi there. I tried this and it uninstalled Mailpoet. however the issue returned when I reinstalled MailPoet.

    e.g. when I try to create an email I get the following message:

    Update procedure to MailPoet version “2.1.6” failed!
    An error occurred. Show more details.

    Table ‘[database].wp_wysija_user_list’ doesn’t exist (UPDATE wp_wysija_user_list as A inner join wp_wysija_user as B on (A.user_id= B.user_id) set A.sub_date= B.created_at where A.sub_date=0 and A.unsub_date=0 and B.status>-1;)

    I am having similar issues to everyone else on this post. When I try to insert a post, the dialogue box just hangs…..then when I try to send a test email I get the following:

    Request error not JSON:<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”>
    <html><head>
    <title>403 Forbidden</title>
    </head><body>
    <h1>Forbidden</h1>
    <p>You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
    on this server.</p>
    </body></html>

    Also, when trying to duplicate a newsletter I get 403 error message: Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/admin.php on this server.

    This has only recently happened and I need to send out a relatively urgent communication. I’ve tried updating .htaccess according to the support suggestion in 14 but neither option seems to work. I’d really appreciate a fix on this asap. Surely this must also be affecting paid subscriptions as well?

    Hi I am experiencing the same issue. My shortcode is: [posts-for-page cat_slug=’other-pf-posts′ hide_read_more=’true’] The first post on the page is from the category specified but I am also getting posts from the ‘Blog’ category which is not specified. Is there are workaround?

    Yes I can. However, when I login, the Network admin option is not showing.
