The site is in the testing phase and therefore the page containing the form is not reachable

I’m using a testing app created for Italian schools, however I checked with PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse and the problem actually doesn’t appear. I therefore believe that it is a problem with my app and not with the plugin.
