Its the Neve theme and the CheckoutWC Plugin. Now i deactivate the Plugin and ich dont see any Express Checkout Button on the Checkout page.

I tested it again with a new email address. In the checkout I marked the Mailchimp box and canceled the purchase with Paypal.
and i got the abandoned cart mail again, not the DOI mail.

I activated that. Still, customers get the abandoned cart email and not the double opt in mail to confirm.

With the newsletter subscribed in the Footer it works fine.

why this doenst work in the checkout with the abandoned cart mail flow?

What can i do? ??

where can i insert this script?

I deactivate all Plugins. Its a Neve Theme Problem. Its works well with a Standard theme.

i have the same issue.
i guess its a problem with the Th class.

Yes and its the same Setup. i dont now why the pixel doenst fire on my site.

i try:
– deactivated some plugins. (also Caching plugins)
– deactivated pixel your site and activate.
– Reset Pixelyoursite to default
– try without CAPI
– take new Conversion API
– deactivated some code snippets

any suggestions? ??

i think no. i delete a lot of plugins and test it again.
