Hey @sandrinej,
Thanks for writing to us about our plugin! I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I’m sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I am happy to help out here. ??
I’ve taken a look at your site and it seems that the Facebook pixel is properly installed. However, I do see that your Facebook page is missing the shop.
I’d like to get a better idea of where you are seeing this error message. Would you please share a screenshot of where you are running into the “This catalogue is linked to a Page shop…” error message?
Thanks,
Tamara

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Products brands not synchronizedHi @imane123,
Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!
I’m afraid I’ll need a little bit more information about this issue. So that we can have a more detailed discussion within the context of your site specifically, can I get you to please open up a support request with us here? (Please make sure to mention “Marcus” so I can grab it when it comes in!)

In reply to: [Product SKU Generator for WooCommerce] Is it possible to generate MPN ?Hey @alexsina ,
Thank you very much for reaching out to us. Happy to help with your questions!
Would it be possible to let me know a bit more information regarding what you’d like to achieve? I’ve further investigated your screenshots and the articles you’ve shared with me, however, I’d need a bit more information regarding the format that the SKU would need to be in order to be accepted by Google as a valid MPN. On the last document you shared with me, the only example that I noticed was this GO12345OOGLE
Our plugin can generate a few different formats as you can see here, however, I’m not sure if one of these formats would be a valid MPN attribute.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Pit

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Trying to get property ‘post_status’ of non-objectHey @jamesdonegan ,
This is Pit, stepping in for Julie as she isn’t available today.
Thank you very much for sharing more information with us regarding this issue. In order to continue with troubleshooting this, would it be possible to create a support request in our Help Center and send to us your site’s System Report? This can help me confirm if this is an issue caused by another plugin or the connection of our plugin to your Facebook Shop.
You can navigate to WooCommerce > Status > System Report and click on the “Get System Report” button to generate it. You can copy and paste it to the message that you send to us.
Also, it would be really helpful if you can enable and include our plugin’s debug log as well. You can do that by navigating at WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce and then click on the “Enable debug mode” option. After trying to replicate this issue again, you can find the debug log in the WooCommerce > Status > Log page.
You can create a support request with our team by sending us a message at [email protected]
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Pit

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Using woocommerce rest api with gatsbyGlad that’s helpful for you! ??
Since this is a filter that’s using our plugin, you shouldn’t need any further adjustments. I would recommend taking some time going through the filter to fully understand when it’s called and how it can be customized, but other than that, a basic install and use of the filter should suffice.
If you do encounter any issues or questions, though, I’d be glad to further help you with them, Christopher ( @oldbroth3rz ). Anything else I can help you with in the meantime?
Best regards,
Pit

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Facebook Disconnected in WooCommerceHey @voodoocreative,
Thank you for opening that up to Canada! I was able to take a look at your site through the Pixel Helper extension and it seems like the Facebook Pixel is installed properly, but I would like to have a closer look at your site to get a better idea why it’s not showing the pixel in the settings and to ensure everything is working as it should be.
Would you please reach out to our support team through our site sharing admin access to your site along with a link to this post so I can take a closer look?
Thanks,
TamaraHey @technocitycc and @sieverscreative,
Can I get you both to please open up a support request here?
Please include your system status, which you can get by going to:
WooCommerce > Status?and clicking on?Get system report.
You can also mention this thread and that inventory isn’t synchronizing properly.
Thank you both so much!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Trying to get property ‘post_status’ of non-objectHi @jamesdonegan!
Thanks for letting us know about this, I appreciate it!
This is a PHP notice, so it’s not a full-blown error. That said, are you seeing any issues with the synchronization between your WooCommerce shop and the Facebook Catalog?
Additionally, is this occurring repeatedly or has it just shown up a couple of times?
Thanks so much for any other information here!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Facebook Ad Product Pic Sizes all wrongHey @butwhyowhy!
Thanks for reaching out to us, appreciate it! ??
So, as you said, this is an advertisement on Facebook, not a page in your Facebook shop. As such, this is likely not related to our plugin. The plugin sends the image URLs to Facebook and that’s where Facebook handles everything after that.
You might want to look at this resource here that lays out recommendations for image sizes and see if updating your images to these recommended sizes helps out:

Would you please let me know if that helps out at all?
Thanks so much!

SkyVergeHey @antraks92 ,
Thank you very much for reaching out to us. Happy to help with your questions!
In many of the payment gateway plugins that we’ve developed, we do include a request_data filter that accounts for such cases. However, that isn’t the case with Paypal Powered by Braintree. Instead, we’re using a different filter for such cases as you can see here:
https://gist.github.com/Pitboz/e9ffa32ce7bb39d751158b412db732a0
The code above is part of the plugin, so you may be able to create your own filter based on the custom order data that you’d like to send. I’m afraid that I’m not aware if this will also showcase the data to Braintree. Would it be possible to let me know what custom fields you’re trying to add? Also, have you reached out to the Braintree team in case they can provide you with more information on how you can do that?
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Pit

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Facebook Disconnected in WooCommerceHey @voodoocreative,
Thanks so much for trying the reconnection! I’d like to have a closer look at your site but it seems like the Sucuri firewall you are using has blocked connections from my country so I’m not able to view the site:
Would you please temporarily enable connections from Canada so I can have a quick peek at your site?
Thanks,
