As a first step, I’d like to get a better idea of how your stock management is set up for the affected products. Would you please share a screenshot of the “Inventory” tab from the admin edit page for one of the products?

As a first troubleshooting step, would you please try re-connecting your Facebook page to your website by following the directions below?
- In your WordPress admin head to?WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce.
- Click “Manage connection”. See screenshot here:?https://cloud.skyver.ge/o0uDe1np
- Head to “Advanced Options” on the popup window.
- Click the “Remove” button and confirm. See screenshot here:?https://cloud.skyver.ge/4gummdo4
- You will be taken to a fresh Welcome screen to choose a Facebook page.
- Set up the connection?as described in our documentation.
- Ensure you leave the?WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce?page open while products sync.
Would you please let me know if the issues persist once you’ve had a chance to follow the above steps?

I heard back from our team on this, and after looking into it, it looks like the “Checkout method” option that you’re seeing is only displayed when setting up the Facebook shop manually. This can sometimes lead to issues, as it creates a catalog and links it to the shop page automatically, which the plugin doesn’t use.
As a starting point, could you please confirm if you set up your shop page in Facebook manually and if this is where you are seeing this option?

While our plugin will only allow you to connect with one pixel ad account, it wouldn’t stop you from, say, adding another to your site through a code snippet or separate plugin.
To more specifically answer your question based on the linked article, our plugin does not currently support the trackSingle and trackSingleCustom capabilities. Thank you for letting us know what’s important to you! I’ve gone ahead and made a not of this so our product and development teams can take a look and determine whether or not we’ll add this in a future release.

If the setup has been completed successfully, then we can proceed with the next troubleshooting step. Could you please login to your Facebook Product Catalog manager, and let me know how many Catalogs are listed? You can send over a screenshot if that makes it easier too! What we’re hoping to see here is one catalog, and that the number of products is not 0.
Depending on what that shows us, we can then take the next steps to dig in further or resolve any issue that we see. Could you let me know when you have a moment to run through this for me and pass on the extra information? ??

Regarding the issue you’ve encountered, would it be possible to provide me with a bit more information in order to further troubleshoot? You’ve mentioned that the store does not appear on your Facebook. Does that mean that the “Shop Now” button doesn’t appear any longer or is it about the products synced from your WooCommerce store?

To update your Facebook shop, Facebook will reach out to your site once per hour to grab your feed file and update your shop based on the latest updates to your WooCommerce store. For this reason, we’ve set the default to 15 minutes to regenerate the feed file, as this provides enough time to successfully update all product data and make sure that it is ready when Facebook comes looking for it.
Would you please tell me a little bit more about what you are wanting to do here? Are you wanting to increase or decrease the interval?

I’ve done some testing on my own local development site and I can replicate the issue you’re having. Thank you so much for providing such a detailed report on this issue!
I’ve added this to our issue tracker for the developers to get this patched up. While I don’t have an estimated time for resolution right now, please know that our team is now aware of the issue and will work to incorporate a fix into the plugin as soon as they can.
In the meantime, though not ideal, I would recommend setting a price for the affected products and ensuring that the products are set to “Out of stock” and aren’t set to sync to Facebook. This will ensure that customers aren’t able to purchase the unavailable products.
Would you please let me know if this workaround would work for your needs and if there’s anything else I can help you with?

I performed some tests on my local site and I couldn’t quite replicate the issues you’ve described here so I suspect that you may be running into a conflict. I’m happy to help troubleshoot this issue to get you back up and running.

It sounds like Facebook isn’t able to load up the pop up now that the page has been removed and I suspect you would need to manually update your database in order to remove this connection.
I’m happy to share a couple of steps you can use to delete the connection from your database. Would you be comfortable making direct changes to your database through a database manager like phpMyAdmin or would you prefer to run a temporary code snippet?
