I am having the same problem with VFB.
Notification emails are not received when sent to two domains that are hosted by Google Apps and 1and1.
If I add my personal iCloud email as a secondary email address in the notification options, I do receive the emails.
This leads us to either use a personal email address to receive all notifications, or to log into the dashboard on a daily basis to verify if an enquiry has been added.
It would be good to have this resolved. When the VFB was initially added as a plugin the notification was working for all addresses.
