I had the same problem in my blog. It was due to some bugs on the beta build. But I see that the problem is fixed in the latest releases.

Yes, beta versions carry some bugs and so we should always update after checking the forums. I think if it’s not fixed then you ccan make a new thread and get some help..

I don’t think a Google update had hit your blog. The theme you’re using now may have bad coding or disturbing your SEO plugin. In my blog when I changed theme I got increase in traffic, why? because it’s seo optimized. But your new theme may have problem. Try reverting back. That may work.
