What minifying plugin are you using? Latest version does not generate any external file, should not give you trouble.

Version 1.1.4 allows you to filter the default capability. I would suggest to keep it on default though for security matters.

Seems it’s a problem with W3 Total Cache and wp_localize_script(); more on the subject here: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/58180/w3-total-cache-minification-breaks-wp-localize-script

Would suggest to either change the plugin or bypass this plugin’s script file.
