Just to clarify a few of your points:

it adapts to the width of the screen, the more real estate available, the more columns are displayed. Full collapse of columns will happen below 481px screens.

Where can I set to a bigger viewport, (550px)?

this is determined by your browser, not the plugin. If your browser locale is set to en_US it will display date fields format in mm/dd/yyyy.

Unfortunately, I troubleshooted this and while my locale is EN_UK, the dates still display in US format, (even in incognito mode).

3. “when viewed in Safari, there is a weird display of dates…”

I’m not sure what would cause this. I will also install the ‘date picker’, though I was trying to avoid having extra plugins.

Ok, I understand your point, but you’ve got to admit, existing styling of the rows forces for a different approach via html, (which I’m troubleshooting as we speak), or smthing else. Since the plugin is row-based, maybe there should be a mechanism of some sort to display better visually and from a UX point of view? Just a suggestion, don’t get me wrong here ??

By the way, is there smwhere where I can privately send you a temp link of the page I’m talking about so you can see exactly its behaviour? Perhaps this would help..!

Thank you so much for your helpful answers. For now, I will keep form as is since it’s not of high importance to achieve this tabbed layout, especially not with an extra plugin. I was just wondering if I could’ve achieved it as is, with just your plugin.

As you pointed out, I had enabled the “only when shortcode exists on a page’, without the actual shortcode displaying in the particular page.

It displays nicely now!

Just for an update and on a need to know basis…!
I kept having an instal problem for the last 2 days. I was trying to instal from local to live. At first, the installation process would proceed and complete without problems and when I would click to reach my login screen, I’d get a 404 error…!
I thought that was most peculiar..!

I searched around in my cPannel, fooled around with my php version, did the installation process several times, again a 404 error at login screen.
I went to my hosting’s Live Chat, spoke with 2 different agents, they couldn’t get around my very detailed description of my problem – they kept installing a fresh copy of WP in the subdirectory I wanted. The 2nd agent actually managed to point me to this page which I had also found myself!
I was panicking since was a major set back for me!
After several tricks I tried, (manual unzipping etc), I then constantly got stuck in Step 1 of installation process with a huge error as in @mikygo123 error. Eventhough I knew very well that my wp-config file was there.

So, Corry, in the end, I thought I’d download the Developer copy of Duplicator you have up there, installed, saw that the version was still the same as in my previous version, (although here it said that it was version 1 smthing 30..), got disappointed again since I didn’t see any ‘Developer’s’ notice anywhere.
I almost gave up on that one before I decided to create a new package with this version of the plugin. Did that, and voila….magic happened and the installation worked like a charm, and I was able to log in with no 404’s or anything.
I was ready to take it up with my hosting guys or the Theme guys for faulty stuff…!
Man, I never had this problem with Duplicator…what happened there??

Just to let you know! I was just able to figure out a ‘work-around’ for my ‘issue’.
I first tried to run a SQL command to ‘search-replace’ existing url to new url, (so I can work on a different version of same local project). While this ran successfully, when I tried to log into my site, it gave me the choice of setting a language, (treated it as the beginning of a new wp installation).
So, I dropped this db already, (having a duplicator b/up prior to all this) and:
1. Created a new db with the name I wanted, ‘mysitetest’
2. Threw in my Duplicator b/up of 1st local site, ‘mysite’
3. Proceeded with the installer.php as per normal
4. Voila…before I knew it, I had another test version of the same site without any problems…!

I’m now going to create another version I want so I can take a new theme for a ride… ??

Ok, what I will do then is install my latest back up locally and empty it there. If it behaves fine I will then perform the manual emptying in my live site too ??

I wouldn’t want to manually empty any cache folders that could be critical from within cPanel. I will leave it for now!
