I also just figured out the Omnisearch is gone and echo the sentiments of aradams.

1. Omnisearch was very useful. I just used it to fix a broken website for someone else who fortunately hasn’t been updating his plugins and thus still has Omnisearch.

2. The stand alone Onmiseach plugin has broken every site I’ve activated it on.

3. The UI overall – Jetpack is becoming more unusable with every upgrade. I get that you programs always want to “improve” things. The Mona Lisa can’t be “improved” by adding more paint.

Confirmed. Conflict appears to be gone with Weaver X Pro.

Haven’t tested it with Weaver II Pro as that theme is now outdated and replaced with Weaver X. Anyone using Weaver II should be upgrading.

Hiya – Yes, that makes total sense.

Your theory about the [email protected] seems reasonable. I set up such a mail address to test it. I did not get anything bouncing back.

But who knows for sure what that really means. If I discover for certain that works – or not – I’ll post the info here.

I didn’t explain very well.

The email isn’t going to the spam folder. The email is never getting to the email address at all. My theory is that it’s being rejected before delivery as spam.

When I send an email and it gets rejected as spam I will get an email back telling me it was rejected as spam.

When Jetpack sends and email, the email is rejected as spam, a response saying so is sent – where does that response go?

I did not. It does this with both Weaver II Pro and his newest theme Weaver X.

Since it also does the same with your Genesis them seems like a plugin issue.

I just stopped using the plugin as there appears to be no support.

It does work, but doesn’t ultimately do what I wanted to do. My goal was to tweet old posts to two different Twitter accounts.

not the graduate forums.

I’m using this site to do a test build for someone else, but turn things on and off as you need to.

If I need to configure the membership levels as they are set up on the other site I can do that. Let me know. I’d simply do it right now except I’m short on time. I gotta be elsewhere very soon….

I’m doubting my sanity as well.

I can not say for certain that it was ever assigning groups to new users.

When I tested this the first time around I had the forums and users already established. I used your plugin to assign access to forums, then assigned groups to existing users and tested that. All that was working.

But as for assigning a group to a new user on registration, I can’t say for sure that ever did work for me.

My original question was all about the mysterious Group5. Until we starting working together on testing this I never tried registering a new user, then logging in, then checking to see if groups were assigned.
