does each element of the menu bar #access (i.e. the drop down parts) have to be set to a particualr z-index as well as #access itself??

no luck again…i’ll keep trying

just tried that, no luck

is it possible that the menu js is the problem?

the problem is Fluency Admin plugin – i used this to change default look of wordpress – works fine when this is switched off

i’ll try again disabling other plugins see what happens

thanks for the initial pointer – that helped – now resolved.

I just chnaged the generic meta data to specific custom field names.

Hi – I have a similar problem – I just need to be able to copy categories from one parent to another – did you find a solution to your problem?

can’t i just nest all code associated with #access in #mybanner (including <div id=”access”> etc. ) and leave the style sheets as they are?

i’m trying to move the menu into #mybanner (line 46), but when i copy the #access script including php the drop-down menu (i.e. menu drop down when rollover main menu elements) disappears
