Sorry, didn’t see that. Yes, it worked great. This is awesome. Thanks!
That worked great – thanks! Is there a way to specify a listbar in the shortcode?
Can you give me the syntax to create a playlist with external media, similar to your workaround for playing a single file?
That didn’t work, but when I changed the double quotes to single quotes it did. Thanks for your help!
The URL is:
rtmp://v.jobflo.com:1935/vod/mp4:sample.mp4
[jwplayer mediaid=”523″]
I’m using an external URL, created per the instructions in the plug-in’s getting started guide.
Hi there, here’s a link to a test post:
I’m running WordPress 4.1, and just installed the JW Player plugin version 2.1.10. I also get the “No suitable players found” error in the console log. I tried to change the true to false in this line (per a previous suggestion) and that didn’t help.
define(“JWP6_USE_CUSTOM_SHORTCODE_FILTER”, true);
When I tried the above suggestion to add the below line in functions.php I get a server 500 error:
remove_filter(‘the_content’, ‘wptexturize’);.
I’m trying to play the standard test file from a Wowza media server, who URL is:
rtmp://v.jobflo.com:1935/vod/mp4:sample.mp4
Any idea what might be wrong here – have you tested the latest plugin (2.1.10) on WordPress 4.1?

In reply to: MailChimp and Gravity Forms plugins conflictGravity Forms work fine with the MailChimp plug-in deactivated. When I activate the MailChimp plug-in the Gravity Form builder fails to work. In particular, clicking on any of the buttons to add fields (e.g. dropdown, checkboxes) has no effect.
I noticed that when I activated the MailChimp plug-in the Gravity Forms plug-in buttons generate Javascript errors – I saw this using the Firebug extension for Firefox:
missing ; before statement
[Break On This Error] function sack(file){this.xmlhttp=null;…g)}}};this.reset();this.createAJAX()};As soon as I deactivate the MailChimp plug-in the Javascript errors go away.
If you need admin credentials to go into the site and play around let me know how to securely get them to you, and I’ll send them along.
