I tried the fix outlined above (adding the line to wp-config) and suddenly WP couldn’t find my wp-content directory! EEP.

The large size is set to 640 (height and width). As you can see from the link above, the image is larger than that.

But what if you’re not using PodPress?

I wish I’d seen this earlier. I ended up going in and changing my permalink structure to a custom structure, which seems to have fixed the problem.
