Yes this is an issue for me too,

my designers are complaining that the banner images are looking far too blurred.

If this issue doesn’t have a resolution within a week or so, I’ll have to cancel my subscription and look elsewhere.

it is the ipay88 plugin, although it’s the one downloaded from ipay’s dashboard, which I think is slightly different to the one you linked to. Although I haven’t compared them recently, when I first signed up, the public one had problems, so they directed me to the internal one.

As far as I can see the payment was completed immediately on the 26th, it seems more of an internal woocommerce thing not happening.

exactly the same same here, I’ve also tried the WP-CLI tool update, it just reports that everything is already up to date.

Here’s the odd thing, logged into the same account on 2 different computers, one shows update required, the other update in progress.
