Janayk, you can do this:
On our demo site https://demo.dinevthemes.com/photoline/ as the Front display defined Front page which uploaded featured image.

Go to Appearance > Customize > Static Front Page: Front page displays – check A static page: select in the dropdown list of pages previously created home page.
