@jackmclean: The option to change order of sections is only available in pro version of the theme. I suggest you to upgrade to pro. You can check out the additional-features available in pro version of the theme.

@eatenbybears: To insert a header image.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Image => Select an Image => Enable on select an option from the list where you want to display the header (entire site only on homepage and so on).

To edit the phone number in header right
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Header Right Options => Edit the Call Number text field.

To link the Free Case Evaluation button to a page
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Header Right Options => Button link => Inset the URL of the page.
