In reply to: [Swedbank Pay WooCommerce Payments] Challenge with order status flowHi again @swedbankpay,
Sorry to follow up on this, but was just wondering if you could let me know if you have an ETA for this?
It’s just that if it isn’t coming anytime soon, then we’ll have to consider another payment solution as we’ll be selling gift cards, which need to be automatically completed once the payment has gone through. Else the customer won’t receive the gift card and they’ll be sending us e-mails complaining ??
Anyway, hope that you can implement this improvement and many thanks for taking the time to talk to me!
Cheers!

Thanks for responding and thanks for considering my suggestion. I’m glad to hear you are already looking to making this improvement ??
Do you, by any chance, have an ETA for this?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Swedbank Pay WooCommerce Payments] Challenge with order status flowHi @swedbankpay,
Any hopes for getting your help with a solution to this?
It’s currently preventing us from being able to take Swedbank payments…
Thanks and sorry to bother you!
UPDATE:
Hi there @lagersystem – just wanted to let know that strangely, out of the blue, it suddenly started working on all child-sites. Very odd! I believe it must have been a caching issue or similar. Anyway, I hope that reporting the fatal error will still have been useful ??

In reply to: [Easy Table Rate Shipping for WooCommmerce] No multisite support?UPDATE:
I got it working on a multisite installation in the end (stupidly I think it might just have been a caching issue?!), but unfortunately, the plugin isn’t compatible with a courier plugin I am using alongside (this one) and which is based on the standard WooCommerce Shipping Methods. The courier plugin adds an option to the standard shipping method options, but this isn’t carried forward to the Table Rate Shipping option that comes with this plugin. I got it working in the end by using the official WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping plugin, but I hope one day to be able to use yours instead. Anyway, many thanks for listening to my feedback!

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Version 3.8.1 made my site crash…Don’t worry about it @epatryk and thanks for the quick fix! I’m just really happy that you have made this plugin available to us all and that you keep trying to improve it – so thanks for that and hope your day improves!
Aha! I didn’t get that and was expecting to put in payment details directly on the site. Many thanks for your help!
Hi @swedbankpay,
Thanks for your response!
I’ve activated the plugin in WordPress, which I assume will then also activate it in WooCommerce. Is that what you mean?
I’ve also activated the payment type ‘Credit Card’ (which is Swedbank Pay) under the tab ‘Payments’ in the WooCommerce settings. Within that payment method I’ve enabled the plugin under ‘Enable/Disable’.
As you can see on the screenshot I shared with you previously, the payment method does show up at checkout. It’s just the payment card details fields that don’t appear.
So I believe it’s activated everywhere and that that’s not the issue?
Any other ideas? Let me know if there’s anything you need.
Many thanks!
UPDATE:
It definitely seems to be a multisite compatibility issue. For the record, I’ve not tried to run the plugin across a network of sites, but have simply installed it on the network and activated the plugin separately on each child site.
Hope you’ll consider fixing this issue and making the plugin multisite compatible – and maybe even put it on GitHub as well ??
Cheers!
UPDATE:
I’ve just reinstalled WooCommerce 4.5.1 via FTP and that did not seem to help. I’m now thinking this might not have anything to do with WooCommerce – unless the update affected the database, which then caused the error. However, I doubt that…
Brilliant! Works like a charm – thanks @raiserweb!
@raiserweb – thanks for letting me know!
I just tried to install the version from here on www.remarpro.com, but that didn’t work. I then found the old download link that was sent to me by email when I purchased the premium license, but that got me down to version 2.1.
From where do I get the latest premium version?
Thanks!
