In reply to: [PayPal Zettle POS for WooCommerce] Compatible with WP All Import? Many thanks @joostvandevijver! Much appreciated!
You’ve probably been the best support person I’ve ever spoken to here on .org! Very professional, open-minded, and efficient!

In reply to: [PayPal Zettle POS for WooCommerce] Compatible with WP All Import? Thanks again for your honest feedback @joostvandevijver,
I understand that you guys might not think it to be an important feature and that I’ll probably be waiting in vain and never really see this feature come to life, but I do still think it’s a good idea! ?? I mean if there’s a compatibility issue between other plugins managing stock and updating products (which a fair few do), then this could be a solution where the real-time syncing doesn’t cut it.
I love that the plugin can manage real-time syncing! -but that will render useless to some users if you can’t also work with other plugins such WP All Import at the same time.
By introducing forced syncing and scheduled force syncing you make it possible for medium to larger stores to benefit from this otherwise great plugin, which will ultimately lead to more Zettle sales in the end! ??
Also, I imagine that it wouldn’t be that hard to develop on top of a ‘force sync’ feature – if you do develop that one day. It would “simply” be a case of scheduling that action ??
Thanks again for listening to my suggestions!

In reply to: [PayPal Zettle POS for WooCommerce] Compatible with WP All Import?Once again, thanks for your super helpful response @joostvandevijver !
I will give it a shot and hope for the best! Wish me luck!
My hope is that it will work by <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>not</span> enabling WP All Import’s function called:
Increase speed by disabling do_action calls in wp_insert_post during import.
Maybe that basically means that I am asking WP All Import to update and create products in the same fashion as if I had done it manually(?).
I’ll let you know how I get on and if I have any success with this.
Oh, this leads me to another feature request, which is to make it possible to schedule syncs! If you, at some point, do develop a force sync function and if it was then also possible to schedule it, then that could be a great solution for everyone who uses plugins or API calls to update inventory ??
Cheers!

In reply to: [PayPal Zettle POS for WooCommerce] Feature request: Re-sync buttonThanks @joostvandevijver !
Hope to see this as a native function sometime down the line! ??
Aha! Many thanks for this! -for some reason I didn’t look properly under the “How to use barcodes from other plugins?” section – I guess I just assumed it wouldn’t potentially also be a solution to this.
I hope it’ll become a native function one day, but it’s great that there’s a workaround in the meantime! Thanks!
Hi there @joostvandevijver,
Many thanks for your quick – and thorough! – responses today. That’s much appreciated!
I’m aware of the ability to exclude single products, but since we’re dealing with so many products in our shop it would be very time-consuming and also difficult to keep track of. I’d therefore rather manage without this functionality for now and wait/hope for a better solution using categories and/or tags down the line.
Many thanks for your honesty and transparency in regards to the potential waiting time – that’s much appreciated as well. It’s also nice to not just be told “we might implement that in the future” and instead be given a more ‘real’ and detailed update as you have.
Oh, and thanks for the heads up in regards to the potential conflict with using WP All Import! -and for keeping me updated!
Cheers!
I give up ??
What a shame that this should be the end @varunms @bravo-computing
Good luck to your all with finding another solution!
Did you find another solution @dreamakershk ?
Really hoping to hear back from one of you @varunms or @bravo-computing as I’d hate to have to find another solution as love your plugin! -but I’m at a point now where I really do have to upgrade to the new standard of using HPOS.
Hope this won’t be the end of ‘Product Subtitle For WooCommerce’!
Here’s more about HPOS in case you haven’t already looked into it:

+1
I can confirm that I have the same issue on a multisite with domain mapping enabled.
PPS. I’ve now tried to to delete the catalogue with the rejected assets/products just to see if this would help, but I’m afraid it didn’t. So I don’t think it has anything with the rejected products to do.
Many thanks for your support @anastas10s!
This is what happens when I try to create a new ad account:
When I do the account quality check I don’t see any immediate issues. The only thing that appears to be a problem is that apparently 10 assets have been rejected:
Could this be the problem? And if so, how do I solve it? I can’t delete the assets/products from my shop and there doesn’t seem to be a way to let Facebook ignore them and just not include them in the Facebook catalog. I seem to only be able to ask for another review of these assets, which I imagine would result in the same.
If you don’t think this is the problem, do you then have other ideas as to what might be causing it?
PS. The link you kindly provided is no longer a contact form I’m afraid and I’ve desperately tried to find a way of getting in touch with someone about this, but I can’t find anywhere else to start a chat or send an email to. The description for how to get in touch now that the form isn’t there mentions:
“In the?Education?tab, select?Contact support.”
-but I can’t find that tab anywhere!?

Many thanks for your help @ihereira and @babylon1999 and sorry that it has taken me so long to respond to this!
I’ve installed the plugin, but I’m afraid I can’t get any further than this:
NB. I’ve deleted the account names.
I’ve tried to set up the connection via another personal Facebook profile, but that didn’t help either and when I go through the account in the Business Manager I cannot find any issues?!
Any ideas as to why this is happening, and if so, how do I get passed the problem?
Hope you can help and many thanks!
Hi there @babylon1999 – thanks for your quick and helpful response!
In the meantime I found out that I can just use the plugin called ‘Facebook for WooCommerce’ instead as I believe that also implements a Facebook pixel, right?
If ‘Facebook for WooCommerce’ won’t work for me for whatever reason then I’ll try and follow your guide!
Many thanks!
