    @gplsaver

Hello, my first few settings are:

    Billing option: RFQ
    Everything is unchecked.

Those are setting in general tab.

New update fixed the issue, thanks for the quick fix!

    Hello,

    Thank you for quick reply.

I did use plugin to async/defer all JS as well as jQuery.

I removed it now so all of the errors should be gone.

I guess that because of cache I didn’t see any errors in console log.

I enabled lazy load as well and it seems to work fine now.

Could you please check for errors again?

    Thanks & Regards,
    Karlo.

    Hey @shaunkuschel,

I tried to use Twenty Nineteen theme and it worked. Checkbox was unchecked by default.

I am contacting theme support to find out what went wrong.

    Thanks & Regards.

    Hello Shaun,

    Thank you for your reply.
I tried to deactivate all of the plugins except for theme core plugins and WooCommerce.
    Suggested fix still didn’t work.
Weird thing is, I tried to use DOM to see what is going on and at the first load od checkout page checkbox is unchecked and then later something changes it’s state (default checked is set to false).

Any other ideas as to why this fix doesn’t work?

    Thanks & Regards.

    Hello Shaun,

    Thank you for your reply.
I commented out code that was removed in suggested fix and it didn’t help me.

I have quest checkout option turned on at site so that users don’t have to have an account in order to make orders on website.

I tried to go through order process as a user so that site doesn’t have any information about user and checkbox is still checked.

    Any other solutions?

    Thanks & Regards.

    Hello Illid,

Yes I had a pagination going on from the start.
I want to display more products per page. I tried to change “Blog pages show at most” option and it didn’t work as well…

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Illid,

I updated plugin today so I am using version 1.91 which should be the latest one.

I tried to clear cache one more time but that didn’t work as well.

    Should I Reindex table?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    Thank you for quick reply.
You have small syntax error, but this code worked!
Now I have reply-to field generated from billing email and I can
reply to buyers directly from client without the need to make new
    email every time.

    Thank you for your help,

    Karlo.

EDIT: I tested if I am going to get what I want when I disable plugin and WooCommerce default emails (“New Order” that gets sent to admin) has what I want.

Basically, in WooCommerce default emails, reply-to is generated from checkout form and administrators can directly answer to clients inside email client they use.

NP Quote Request changes this behavior and it changes reply-to mail to be the same as the default admin email. This makes it impossible for store administrators to reply to customers directly from email client.

How can I change this so that when I use “RFQ-ToolKit New RFQ Admin” email, I get client’s email address in reply-to?

    Hello Phil,

Again thank your for your answer.

So today I decided to test default WooCommmerce “New Order” notification which administrator gets, and I realized that reply-to field is correct here (it shows email address from person that purchased a product).

So my problem is with NP Quote Request plugin which changes default WooCommerce fields in emails. So in my emails I get this:

If there is any way you could help me with my problem, that would be great.
I created forum post at NP Quote Request plugin support 2 days ago and there is no answer yet.

Again, thank you for you help,
    Karlo.

    Hello Phil,

By buyers I meant users of website that order products.

I thought that changing “From” address could be an issue. Could I change reply-to email address only in admin emails so that when I use reply to in email clients, I can automatically reply to web site visitor? This email address should be from checkout billing email form.

    Thanks in advance,
    Karlo.

    Hello Phil,

Thank you for quick answer. I have a follow up question for you ??

If I change from address setting, is it going to display new address in mails that buyers get as well?
Also, I can’t figure out how to set from address to match buyer’s address.
Is there a way to dynamically generate this email that matches email address from billing email address in checkout page?

    Thanks in advance,
    Karlo.
