Is enabling different than when I activate it on my end?

I just updated and the it is still deactivating on its own. If you use an AI form before deactivating, the throbber spins but there is never any output.

By adding it by a link that points to the url of the video in my media, it seems to work.

Got it. Ok, I was in troubleshooting mode and the problem persisted.

There is no troubleshooting option as shown in the guide you are referring to, only “Deactivate | Settings”.

I have used different videos in multiple formats (.avi, .mp4, and .m4v) and published several times them with all the same result.

Originally they were all MP4. None worked. I then converted them to m4v and reupload. Two of those work the rest don’t. They are all m4v now.

Fixed the problem. Apparently it’s a part of the Menu. There’s a Secondary Menu location in the footer of the site, and that’s where you can edit the icons.

To get there, you can click on Appearance > Menus > Edit Menus.

Then, you’ll choose the Secondary Menu

That will bring up the Menu Structure, and you can edit the custom links next to each social media platform.
