We’re not seeing the offer, that’s why I asked. We didn’t know there was an expiration to the offer. We didn’t have the option of time to move everything over when we saw the offer and we just got to a point in our year where we have the time to learn a new system and get all of the items on our site moved to a new system.
We do love Smart Forms, but we also purchased the license for Smart Donations, and that hasn’t been functional for a while, so it’s been confusing to people who want to donate for specific reasons that need an accompanying form completed that now it’s at least 2 steps instead of one single step. It’s caused more than a few issues and that’s why we were thrilled to see the new plugin that would address the issue of Smart Donations no longer working.
