thank you for your help and clearing out first that it’s just a new wording and the settings are still the same and fine.

So I figured out that my blank / error page was due to my memory limit (setups). So I did the .user.ini settings stuff and now it is working perfectly fine again.

So if anyone else might run into this issue… memory limit can be a thing ??

Ich nutze überall die aktuelleste Version. Habe Divi auf anraten von deren Support auch bereits neu aufgespielt, leider hat das auch keinen Erfolg gebracht.

Was genau ist mit kein Child-Theme gemeint?

Mein Fokus liegt eigentlich auf Design und ich gestalte hautps?chlich Unternehmens-Infoseiten, deswegen komme ich beim Thema Shop an meine Grenzen aber natürlich sollen die Kasse und Warenkorbseiten fehlerfrei und grafisch ansprechend sein.

Was k?nnen wir noch ausprobieren?

Additional info: it seems to be getting stuck at 36.39% (I tried one more time) – maybe that is some kind of indication?

Unfortunately the import does not work.
I get the message “Kann nicht importieren” (german) so in english it should be something like “cannot import”. I don’t get any extra info what the issue is.

Do you have any suggestion?

I am in contact with the current provider but their backup try didnt work out yet so… I am afraid I will have to re-do something like 20-30 hrs of work AGAIN! ??

That really is good news! Thank you for the fast response.

So there basically is not really a difference between a backup and an export file, right? Just when you use the option to change something on the database on the export option it changes the file, I guess?

When I do that and make the availability change for all and click “update” it is not making any changes. Am I doing something wrong if this is the way it works?

I actually never worked on/ in the functions.php – is it important where to put the code exactly? (Since there is a lot of content already)

Do I have to paste it seperately with the <?php…. like at the start or end? Or inside the already existing? (I tried that but ended up the wordpress saying “critical error” :D)

So I would appreciate a little extra help and then I’m good! THANK YOU!!!!!

SORRY! I really placed it wrong in wp-content/plugins and THEN mu-plugins.
