Hello, thank you very much for taking the time to reply. I have some questions:

    1) how did you get into the website to check our settings?

    2) Woo refused to help yesterday because they said this is an Astra problem – and Astra haven’t replied. Where do I see the Astra settings, and what do I need to set them to?

    3) if the scale of the original photo is not square, do I need to crop it to square first?

    4) and then, can I save it as any square size (eg 1200×1200) on the server and it will correctly re-size with the Astra settings onto our shop page?

    5) what resolution do I need to set photos to? I see a lot of people still recommend 72DPI, but other say that this is not sufficient in a retina-world.

    Many thanks in advance.

Thank you for taking the time to look. I didn’t know the CSS controlled the image size (because I’m not the developer).

Yes, when I look in Media Library, the picture sizes are all over the place. Most are 600×600 but some are bigger, smaller and non-square.

So what do I have to do to either the images, or the CSS to get everything lined up? It looks horribly unprofessional as is.

And when I try to crop non-square images, it won’t let me change the aspect ratio.

    Thanks.
