what solved it was that i signed out from my google account and back in and it solved it.

i did everything as explained and it didnt work for me.
I figured this might be due to the fact that my site is in rtl language

so i added the following line
direction: ltr !important;

this solved the problem for me

great! i did what you said, created an rtl.css, changed in it whatever i needed and it all worked fine.

hi, no rtl.css file.
however the blog is in hebrew since i started it more than a year ago (i think i made changes to fit hebrew when i constructed the blog)

so, any ideas on what to do in this case ?
