Noticed this issue on my dash for the last few weeks — it comes and goes with no rhyme or reason. Tried solution two and it worked for me! Thanks!

Confirming that @abhikr781’s solution above resolved the issue on my sites. 100% cache issue.

After talking with my host, I learned that this plugin was tripping up modsecurity rules on my server; once whitelisted, the issue was resolved.
