This ensures our campaigns operate independently, avoiding any impact on the campaigns you may be running directly on Facebook. It’s a setup designed to protect your existing efforts while optimizing new ones.

Pricing Transparency
We aim to be clear and straightforward about pricing. While pricing on www.remarpro.com isn’t listed in full detail, here’s an overview:

• Management Fee: We charge a 15% management fee, which includes direct support via email, phone, and chat.
• Comprehensive Maintenance: This fee covers ongoing integration maintenance with WooCommerce and Meta APIs, ensuring seamless functionality.

We have no control over when Google verifies websites, so it is possible that there was an overlap of when your campaign started running, and you receiving the information about it not being verified. We apologize if there was any confusion with that.

Our support team has canceled your campaign as you requested and has issued you a refund of the unused campaign ad spend. This should show up with your financial institution within 5-10 business days. If your financial institution is based outside of the United States the refund may take longer due to international banking regulations. An email was sent to you on Friday confirming this information.

Hi, we have reported this review as we confirmed that your Google Ads campaign is not through WordPress or WooCommerce, but through the app on Ecwid and does not pertain to this plugin. A screenshot of this information was also sent along with this confirmation. They also explained how you can log into your Google Merchant Center so you could see the approved products.
