In reply to: [Backuper: WordPress Backup Plugin] Completely delete the BackuperThat can’t be right, never seen that problem before.
I’m using the plugin on all my sites without any issues at all.Just make sure the FTP folder structure is correct (if any) – lowercase etc.
No respons, closing.
That sounds weird.
I have it running on a lot blogs and everything works great.
– Try click the “Check for problems” link on your “General Options” page, what message do you receive?

Hi,
The cPanel details are the details you received in the signup email from Bluehost. It’s the login details you use when you login to your web hosting control panel (ex. ‘www.yourdomain.com/cpanel’)
Please let me know if that solved your issue ??
??
Backups will not be kept on the server, they will be transferred to a remote FTP server.
The new Backuper plugin will do a complete backup of your account, using the built-in cPanel backup tool and FTP to a remove server if your choice.Topic has been resolved
Hi,
We had to change the way the plugin worked, too many errors.
What web hosting provider do you use? They block outgoing FTP connections? The update is now live, hope you guys enjoy it ??
Happy you managed to fix the issue.
Wish it was possible to temporary disable the plugin for download while I work on the next version. Almost completed, doing final testing at the moment – will be up tomorrow.

Working on a completely new backend, will take at least a week before it’s ready i’m afraid.
It’s because your backup is too big for your email (limit is set to 25MB, which is common).
An update will be released this weekend, giving alternative backup options.
Error has been located, working on a fix.
Temporary update has been applied to version 1.01 to prevent blog crashed and messy backup files. Thanks for your error report, we will look into this ASAP and post an update to this topic when the bug has been fixed.
