Dear Keith, first off I want to tell you I just ordered “Error Message Eyes” and I am really looking forward to reading it after seeing your reviews and reading the “look inside”.

However, this question is about your plugin. I have installed it here: https://sheridanhcs.com/compliance/human-resources/ which is on WP 4.6 and it does not seem to be opening PDFs in a new window. The site is password protected. I am not sure how you can contact me for the password so you can see what I mean but I thought I would ask if perhaps I am missing something in the “settings”. All I see is one option: Open file types such as PDF, MP3, images, archives and video in a new window with a check box beside it to enable or disable. I have checked it and saved settings. Thanks for any help you can give.

FYI – I even purchased the extension just to see if I could solve it that way :-). We had to go through all of our posts and pages and “update” the pictures so that they were no longer being looked for using the AAM media link.

Hi, this is a problem for us as well. Because you updated the plugin to not enable that extension but did not first disable the extension so now the extension is enabled but the file that controls it is not accessible. Please advise!

Hi there … will this be fixed in the next update? I have a lot of sites that I would have to go through to “un-tick” this … please advise.

Hi Chris, the field name usage works great for me on the “all testimonials” page but once you click to read the full “post” of that testimonial the author’s name is no longer there. On a site where we display the post meta that makes it look like the site owner (in this case) posted each of these testimonials all by himself and makes them look like he’s scamming his readers :-). You can see what I mean by going to: https://paternitynw.com/paternity-dna-testimonials/ and clicking the “Read the Entire Testimonial” link. I would like to see the testimonial submitter’s name (in this case first name last initial) carried over to the individual post… any suggestions on how to make this happen?

I found it – somehow this ability was disabled for administrator – fixed that and all is good!

You should rename yourself to Detective Dillon! Chris, thank you so much. Your insights immediately made me know which plugin was the culprit – it was jQuery colorbox – when I set it up in this one (or someone else did) we chose to use the google library and put it in the footer – I removed both of those options and your plugin now works exactly like expected. You are awesome.

Done – again the problem site is just the one at https://tsbdev.com/longtermcare.
A lot of other plugins – but exactly the same ones as the /foundation website. the only difference between the 2 sites is the theme – so I’m guessing it lies in the theme.

HI – I turned off the “coming soon plugin so you can take a look for yourself at things.

the urls in settings are both https://tsbdev.com/longtermcare.

Like I said – if I use the old shortcode works but creates duplicate entries, if I use the new shortcode it doesn’t succeed. Let me know if you want me to update the shortcode to the new for you.
