looks like one of your plug in is creating this problem.

I don’t trust hostgator for good customer support. they leave you hanging. I had account with them and i got frustrated and cancel it after four months of frustration. I paid them for nothing. very poor webhosting.
my new webhosting provider took care of all issues in minutes.

Your webhosting provider could get you in your control panel and change the wp admin setting and get you access to your dashborad. From there you can look for problems and plug ins that are creating issues.

Most hosting providers give access to script installer. Install your wordpress script using installer with your domain name. it should install in 1 minute or so. Once install you can go to your dashboard.

steps.

choose themes
choose widgets

and go to setting to modify user roles.

go to plugins and look for chatting plug in that works for you. install it and play with it.

I had this issue. Go to your web hosting control panel and look for admin panel for wordpress script for your site. there should be admin link. click on that link and it should get you back to your dashboard. If not contact your webhosting provider for help. It looks like one of your plug in is creating this issue. Good luck.
