log in to your site from admin page from your web hosting control panel. It should take to you right on your dashboard page.

Disable plug ins if you have recently installed. They might cause this problem.

If you still can’t access it, you need to contact your webhosting provider or you can delete your wordpress script and install it again if it is a new website and you can build it again easily.

Did you back up your site database?

If you did, you should have back up file. use that file to restore your content.

If you did not back up, make sure to create backup file for future content.

Thank you. I changed theme but frame is still there. My webhost said i have to rebuild whole site without using frames. Can i just add or remove codes in template or use plug ins to remove frames?

Thank you for your response. I found the solution. I have put the code on my site search page.

It does not show without download link and providing email address.

I will resend you the download link and please let me know if it works. I changed the text to Download Now instead of my special text.I will be modifying email template as well.

Great plug in.

When i put both codes [lab_subscriber_download_form download_id=3]
[lab_landing_page button_text=”My Special Text”] on the same page it works fine the first time. but it does not work again and again. I have set landing page in setting as well.

Obviously i don’t want to show extra download page on site that’s why i put both codes on the same page with details of the download.

Change theme, delete unnecessary plug ins and ask your webhosting to unblock IP for your domain. U should be fine

Create new page. Name it home Go to settings on your dashboard. Under reading- set your home page as front page No blog posts will be shown anywhere onsite

go to your webhosting control panel and look for wordpress admin link for your site. click on that link and you should get in to dashboard to change theme etc. if not contact your webhosting provider for help. Remember webhosting should be helping you with issue. I had that issue and my webhosting provider took care of it in minutes. next time you should back up your site first.

Option 2. go to your webhosting control panel and look for your wordpress site admin link. click on that link and you should be back on track if not then contact your webhosting provider.
