because sometimes wp members and membership members could be in separate folders.
Check all membership plug ins, users tab and subscribers tab if you have been collection emails.
Good to put some kind of recapta on the log in or register form to avoid spammers.

Try pasting in text editor. If still does not show up then call paypal during normal business hours to get this resolved.
I don’t see any errors in log. Just having issues applying the code.
Let’s hope if fixes itself.
I will change the level price and advertise as promotion until the code starts working again.
