Hi @shameemreza – as I said to your colleague upthread I have already submitted multiple tickets via that link over the past few weeks. These have apparently been passed to Andrew’s Freshdesk (no mention of Happiness Engineers) but I am getting no response. We cannot progress our project until we get this documentation.
Your colleague further up said they were going to reach out to Andrew Benbow directly to ask about the missing documentation that should be at this link (https://woocommerce.com/document/worldpay-e-commerce-gateway/) and said they would keep me posted, so I was just following up on that.
I don’t know where else to go as I’m not getting any answers or help anywhere else.

Hi there, I wondered if there’s any update on this please? We’ve not heard anything and we’re now a month on from purchasing the plug-in, still unable to integrate it without the documentation.

Thank you for your response. We have already submitted a support ticket through that page but have not been given a ticket number – we just received an email confirmation with the following text:
