OK, I’m not sure what child theme style.css is but

I went to Appearance > Editor

I found the CSS above (CTRL+F entry-title) and changed uppercase to none.

Updated file.

My subheadings/headings (Heading 2) were still capitalized.

I changed it back, of course because I didn’t know if I may have messed something else up
