Hi. Also custom post types do not link correctly to the custom post type.
If the autolinking feature is left on then it has a url to the member search which doesnt work as the item is a custom post type not a member field. If the autolinking is turned off then there is no link applied at all.

Not sure if it is all related as i ahve only just installed this plugin.
Will try an older version to see if that works.
I posted to github as an issue also.

what are the documented ones?

the only ref to a shortcode in the documentation is
[encyclopedia_related_terms]
which can have a max links attribute.

are there any others than this one?

i take it this is a sample of what can be added into a program to add a shortcode myself.

I know there is at least one shortcode as it mentions it in the plugin docs. is there a list of others before i start having to create my own?
