Hi, it’s been a week and I’m still waiting for a response.

I’ve uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it but It still will not display the dial code in the drop down or in the output email that is sent to me.

I need this sorted asap.

That’s the problem. There’s no “post date” visible in the view for this particular testimonial. Yet it displays the “Current date” Not the date it was posted (this is another problem).

I have sent you multiple tickets for a refund request. I was approved a refund but never recieved it. You guys are absolutely terrible with your support tickets. If i could attached a screenshot of the support ticket you will see i’ve been waiting more than 2 months for my refund and a response, even AFTER Franco said he will give me my money back.

I was just about to post a link but I figured it out.

The page was actually assigned as a ‘display blog posts’ page. This is why it wasn’t showing any testimonials. I’ve made the amendments and now it’s working fine.

I’ve managed to get the testimonial display in the side bar and it has a read more link which should take the user to the testimonial page where all the testimonials are visible. But this does not work.

I’m using the following shortcode in the page:

[hms_testimonials]

I’m also telling the testimonial plugin to goto the testimonial page by using the correct URL.

No content is being displayed.
