I know a little about sql but wordpress 2.9 table format is too complicated for me. I think I need to use the wp_term_taxonomy and wp_terms tables but I don’t know the exact coding. can someone help please.

basically when you create a new template which is very simple you are able to view it on your new page screen on the wordpress panel. you just assign the template to that page. and the template has what you say it has. so you can ad a header, footer, menu, etc, etc. anything that you are willing basically.
