Hi Adam,

Yes I felt so too for now I have deactivated it and also installed another caching plugin called WP Optimize cache based on some reviews I read in case I would need to increase performance at some point.

As you said there shouldn’t be multiple caching plugins active or else it can clash.

So far all is working well hopefully the issue doesn’t recur again.

Thanks alot for this.

I have already previously done all the settings relating to forminator.

For the wp fastest cache is the plugin really needed? And from what I gather would it be best to disable the plugin entirely? As in minify there is minify html and minify css both are checked. What would you advise?

Hi there,

I am the IT for another non profit website and we use forminator but since last week we have been experiencing problems where form isn’t appearing on mobiles and at times even on computer.

I have used the above code so far it works but the problem keeps coming and going.

Also, in the form we are unable to delete submissions that are duplicate.

Please help as the form is used for an online event.
